Featured Projects
Council House 2, Collins Street Melbourne
Hunt Heating provided heating solutions for the City of Melbourne’s new council office building. This building project had the challenges of meeting high energy demands while being at the forefront of occupational health and well-being design. The end result was Australia’s first ‘Six Star Green Star Design Rating’, approved by the World Green Building Council. Hunt Heating designed and installed heating systems that provide a high output with very minimal energy usage and water content.
University of Newcastle Student Accommodation, Callaghan Campus
In 2014, Newcastle university started construction of four new student accommodation towers and requested a user-friendly and efficient heating solution. After initial conversations with the consultants and builder, it was decided a survey, and onsite consultation would be best. So Hunt Heating flew to Newcastle to meet face-to-face and come up with some ideas. The towers are separate buildings, so the requirement was for four separate systems, but each was almost identical to the next.
Little Miller Residential Development East Brunswick
Hunt Heating was proud to assist with this exciting development in East Brunswick that had a major focus on renewable energy and sustainability. Certain components of the building’s hydronic heating system were designed and assembled offsite, which saved time for onsite contractors and guaranteed an easy installation.
